By purchasing a beat from Genius Ringe Records (Flexx You The Genius), you agree to the following terms:

✅ Usage Rights
– Lease (Basic – $4.99): One commercial project. Limited to 50,000 streams. No music videos, radio play, live shows, or paid ad use.
– Premium ($17.99): Includes video use, distribution (up to 500,000 streams), and radio play.
– Unlimited ($99): All commercial rights with no stream or distribution limits. Includes live shows, sync usage, and paid ads. Stems not included.
– Exclusive (Contact for Pricing): Full ownership and exclusive usage rights, including resale, broadcasting, and redistribution. Stems included.

❌ Prohibited Uses (All Non-Exclusive Licenses)
– Reselling or sub-licensing beats is strictly prohibited.
– Claiming exclusive ownership or uploading beats to third-party distribution platforms without appropriate licensing is not allowed.
– You must not upload beats as-is to content ID systems (e.g., YouTube Content ID) unless you have exclusive rights.

🎙️ Credit Requirement
Proper credit must be given for all published works:
> Prod. by Flexx You The Genius or Prod. by Genius Ringe Records

Credit is optional only for exclusive license holders.
